- 1 kg legume amestecate : morcovi, patrunjel radacina,
- o gulie mijlocie
- o telina mijlocie
- o conopida mica in loc de cartofi
- o ceapa mare (mie nu prea imi place ceapa de aceea am folosit una mai mica)
- o rosie mare
- pasta de ardei sau un ardei mic
- 700 g de carne de vitel poate fi si 1 kg
- o legatura de patrunjel verde
- un plic de condiment Gulas de la Kotanyi
